We’re Kat McGettigan and Emma Padden — with 45+ years’ combined experience in global business and the messy magic of entrepreneurship.
We’ve navigated the highs and lows of entrepreneurship and understand the need for a supportive, relatable and inclusive community. We tried other communities and clubs but sometimes they felt too big, too impersonal or too competitive.
They weren’t ‘us’.
Our ambition for this club is to encourage candid and vulnerable conversations. Through our shared and relatable experiences as a community, we can eliminate doubt, learn and grow together. But have fun too.
Our team
Kat McGettigan, co-founder
Kat is the queen of connections with an unrivalled black book and a no-nonsense northern attitude. She is always positively solution-focussed and is known as a creative fixer.
With two decades of comms experience under her belt working across the globe, Kat founded Fine Lines, a management consultancy for the comms and creative industry.
Plus, she loves nothing more than chatting about tennis, business or cats. There is very little that phases Kat.
Emma Padden, co-founder
Emma is a hugely admired marcomms leader who now divides her time between startups and business consultancy - forensically focussed on growth, results and data!
With a love of ‘brand’ she has helped countless businesses figure out ‘who they are’, to deliver globally award-winning creative work for iconic brands.
She is also an avid adventurer with a thirst for travel and exploration. Never resting on her laurels and constantly curious.
